This makes me think of how gold never tarnishes or rusts, and how that should also be a quality of unity. We can expect much cultural diversity in the long period before the emergence of a world commonwealth of nations in the Golden Age of Peace of Baha’u’llah’s new world order. Much wisdom and tolerance will be required, and much time must elapse until the advent of that great day.

While all the direct paths among latent variables were significant, those pathways from spiritual intimacy to well-being and to marital intimacy were both relatively weak and negative. This shows the importance of spiritual meaning to marital intimacy and well-being and raises the specter of What does sleeping with hands up mean is left that creates a negative relationship when spiritual intimacy is bereft of spiritual meaning. We initially took the first approach, defining spiritual meaning as one facet of spiritual intimacy and did not include spiritual meaning as a potential mediator. Reflection on the model, however, led us to believe that spiritual meaning was more central to the processes we were exploring, and not merely a subcomponent of spiritual intimacy. This second approach, and our initial expectations regarding relationships among the variables, are summarized in Figure 1. 1.0.1 We all have a part of us seeking to connect and discover meaning, purpose and hope in those aspects of our experience that matter most to us.

For many working adults today, work represents the life domain with the clearest and most impactful integrative potential for positive psychology and the psychology of religion and spirituality (R/S). The positive psychology literature offers a rich bounty of research and applications to organizational and working life. The psychology of R/S has been slower to expand into the work domain. An edited volume exploring potential linkages (Hill & Dik, 2012) proposed promising directions, but now over a decade later, these areas remain underexplored. This is the case despite a growing, global faith and work movement actively exploring the intersection of R/S and work (Dik, 2020). Angel number 44 is a gentle reminder to trust your inner wisdom and to seek guidance from your angels and spirit guides.

As God’s messengers, angels constantly deliver God’s messages of loving encouragement to people. My wall hanging honors Her because I strongly believe in social justice, and She provides a link to worship before patriarchy. A Sovereign is deeply connected to both the people and the land.
